We aim to deliver your order in 3-5 working days via DHL express service, which should get your order to you the next working day from dispatch. If we have any problems dispatching you parcel within this time frame, we promise we will contact you to let you know. We can only offer delivery for items of less than 70kg and within the dimensions of 120x80x80cm, all oversized or over weight deliveries will have to be quoted for on a case by case basis.
If for any reason you need to return an item(s) to us please follow these simple instructions and ensure that your return is sent back to us within 21 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) please return your goods for a refund and place a new web order for your replacement item(s).
Please appropriately package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that, where applicable, labels are attached and goods are in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition.
Goods are returned at your own cost, but this will be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

To return via DHL please attached the returns sticker to your packaged item. You will have 2 returns stickers, please attached the sticker with 3 bar codes to the parcel and hand the other to your DHL driver or cashier at the DHL service point.

Please note- when we receive your order we will issue you with a refund within 5 working days of receiving your item. Your refund will be for the value of your returned goods, minus the cost of returning your goods via DHL, which will be equal to the cost you paid for the initial delivery.
