Workshop Manager

TFM have a great opportunity for a hands on manager to work in our Product Support Department based at Stableford Nr. Bridgnorth.

As the Product Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Development and maintenance of a strong customer base
  • Maximising department sales & profits
  • Delivering the highest standards of customer service
  • Manage, motivating & inspiring the team
  • Developing excellent knowledge of the target marketplace & support our store teams with spare parts and service

 

The successful candidate will have enthusiasm for customer service and be motivated to drive the department forward. The right candidate will have experience in a similar horticultural machinery workshop role, be able to communicate effectively both over the telephone and face to face and be I.T. literate.

The role involves working Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:30 and every other Saturday 8:00 – 5:30.

TFM is a growing family business and operates six retail stores in Shropshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. We service and repair horticultural machines, make up hydraulic hoses, cut keys, sharpen a variety of tools, and hire machinery/tools from our Product Support department in Stableford.

Part Time Sales Assistant – Ludlow

TFM are offering a position for a highly motivated individual to work at our Ludlow store on weekends.

The successful candidate will have a customer first mentality with enthusiasm for the product range. Ideally they will have experience in retail or trade sales. They must be willing to lift and carry, along with the ability to operate tills and telephones.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Help customers carry and load items
  • Maximising store sales ensuring the customer leaves the store happy and with everything they need.
  • Helping with all areas of the store
  • Delivering the highest standards of customer care
  • Developing knowledge of the product range, customers and local community

A counterbalance forklift license is a distinct advantage.

The available hours are every Saturday 8:00 – 5:30 and Sunday 10:00 – 4:00.

Yard Sales Assistant – Bromsgrove
TFM is offering a position for a highly motivated individual to work at our Bromsgrove store as a yard sales assistant.
The successful candidate will have a customer first mentality with enthusiasm for the product range. Ideally they will have experience in retail or trade sales. They must be willing to lift and carry. A counterbalance forklift license is required.
Responsibilities will include;
  • Maximising store sales ensuring the customer leaves the store happy and with everything they need.
  • Helping customers load their vehicles
  • Delivering the highest standards of customer care
  • Developing knowledge of the product range, customers and local community
  • Load and unload lorries
  • check off deliveries
TFM Farm & Country Superstore is one of the original and largest farm and country stores in the UK, with more than 35 years’ experience in the supply of farming equipment, agricultural and construction supplies to farms, small holdings, builders etc. across the country. Our six stores are located in Stableford, Bridgnorth, Newport, Penkridge, Ludlow and Bromsgrove.
