Duty Manager – Newport

We are looking for an experienced Manager to develop our Newport store. This is a hands-on role that forms an integral part of our team and is closely involved with the direction and development of the business as a whole.


  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and consistent operation of the store
  • As an inspirational leader, you will have a team of employees who’s number one objective is maintaining our excellent service levels to our customers
  • You will be commercially astute and work alongside the Regional Manager to deliver initiatives to further improve our offering to the customer
  • Knowledge of the agricultural/countryside marketplace or the construction industry, alongside an affinity with our vast product range would be an advantage

Ideally you will be an experienced manager from a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll need to have retail management and sound commercial experience, coupled with great customer engagement skills.

 Assistant Manager – Ludlow

TFM is searching for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join the team at our Ludlow store.
As the Assistant Manager you will ensure that your store provides the very best customer experience. You will coach and develop your team so that they excel and present the store to its highest potential. You will be reporting to the Store Manager.
Ideally the successful candidate will be from a farming, smallholder, construction or bulk retail background.
A counterbalance forklift licence and a RAMA qualification would be an advantage, but are not essential.
Main duties:
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of your store.
  • Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
  • Coach and develop your team with a customer first mentality.
  • Drive sales to achieve/surpass sales targets.
  • Continually improve standards within the store.
  • Promote your store on Facebook and drive footfall.

Goods Inwards Supervisor – Ludlow

TFM Ludlow are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic person to join our team in our goods in department to book in all incoming deliveries, assist with queries, work stock and maintain our high standards in the shop and warehouse.

Full time permanent position Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.30pm
